
Q: Are your products available for resale?
A: Absolutely! Our website provides quantity discounts? The quantity
discounts for each poker card cover are noted beside each product.
Since we are based in California, resellers located in California must provide us a copy of
their seller’s permit after placing their order online, to avoid being charged
sales tax at a later date. A copy of your seller’s permit can be e-mailed to
sales@dontmuck.com.
Resellers located outside of California will not need to provide a
copy of their seller’s permit and will not be charged sales tax.

Q: I am running a tournament and would like to use poker card covers as a
giveaway to our participants. Can you create a design a poker card cover
specifically for our tournament?

Q: Will you charge sales tax on my order?
A: All order shipping to California addresses are subject to CA sales tax at a rate of 7.75%.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: DontMuck.com gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: DontMuck.com will send you order status updates when your order is
received and again when your order is shipped. If you have any further

Q: How can I track my package?
A: Once we process your order, we will send the shipment tracking info
via e-mail. Please allow approximately 24 hours before tracking your package.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will gladly accept returns for full refund or store credit equal to the
purchase price of the merchandise, less shipping and handling fees, if returned within 7 days
of your order receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we made an error
with your order. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 7 days.

Please allow up to one billing cycle from the date of the return for credits
